The Bintiva Balance Pods were designed for developing and maintaining core strength including the muscles of pelvis, abdomen and back. The pods can be used for a number of exercises that can help with balance, coordination, body toning and posture improvement. Each set includes 6 balance pods in red, orange, yellow, green, purple and black, measuring 6.25″ diameter x 3.5″ height.

The balance pods feature tactile bumps, and can either be used with the dome side up, or down, for varied levels of difficulty
