  3. Ship the Item: Send the product(s) back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or replacement:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
